Simon McKeever spent 14 years as IT Director of a large recruitment group, building the systems and infrastructure that supported its organic growth from £60m to £400m revenue. He knows what a CRM outage does to a Monday morning, why payroll has to run on time, and how quickly a new desk needs to be productive.
