Simon McKeever
Simon has worked in IT for more than 25 years. For 14 of those he was IT Director of a large recruitment group, supporting the organic growth of the business from £60m to £400m revenue.
He was responsible for all aspects of group IT, developing the strategies and solutions that underpinned that growth. Along the way he managed many successful system and infrastructure projects, and he has kept a wide range of hands-on technical skills.
He formed Simma Consulting to offer that knowledge and experience to recruitment agencies looking to build their businesses, helping them understand the important role IT plays in delivering their business objectives.
